Reporting costs
Monthly reports of all clients’ expenses, tracked by department, location, cost center, vehicle, user, etc

Online management reporting
Internet access to FMS database, with your dedicated user and password, in order to obtain four predefined reports (updated or summarized expenses, contracts, fleet).

Analysis
Tracking monthly expenditure, active comparing with set budgets and notifying the clients about overbudgets.
Monthly notification of clients about extra expenses due to damages, fines, etc.
