Registration and Taxes
FMS will settle all necessary formalities with the authorities (police, RAR, Main Building) in order to register the vehicle for use.
FMS will ensure the correspondence concerning persons who have infringed traffic rules (receipt of letters from the police, identification of the contravention author, sending of the official response to the police on behalf of clients).
In relation with authorities FMS provides the following:
Romanian Auto Register (RAR)
- Consulting on conducting individual approval certifications
Authority of Local Taxes and Fees (ALTF)
- Notification of client regarding tax payments
Respect legal framework
- Registration, monitoring and customer notification regarding expiry terms of RCA policy, road tax, periodic inspection (ITP), temporary registrations and lease contracts.
- Centralized closing of RCA policies and their transmission to the clients.
